The Valentines Banquet is a fund raiser for the youth. Each of you need to sign in when you arrive and sign out when you leave, so we can keep track of how much each person has worked. Thursday night students need to be in the gym at 6:00 pm to set up tables and decorate. This is also the dress rehearsal for all of those that are in the show. We should be finished by 8:00 pm. On Friday students should try to be in the gym to put out salads and other items at 5:00 pm and no later than 5:30 pm. We have a lot of work to do. The dinner actually starts at 6:30 pm.

Students will eat at 5:45 pm.

PARENTS:

Please help us out by sending a desert for guests to eat.

Any type of desert will be appreciated - cake, brownies, cookies, etc.

Please give me a call or message me on Facebook if you are willing to help with the deserts.
