Hello Students and Parents,

As you may know, our students present a dramatic presentation at Harvestfest each year. This coming Harvestfest, we hope is no exception. During this past summer, and all the way up until this past weekend, o
ur students have had numerous opportunities to present the gospel through the “Set Me Free” musical and drama. We are now working on a new, and very difficult, dramatic presentation called “Healer” along with new songs and hope to start new drama skits soon. Due to the limited amount of practice time our students have had to work on “new” projects, we see that it will not be possible to present a “new” drama at Havestfest without holding extra practices. I have asked our students if they are willing to make a commitment to practice on Sunday afternoons after church on October 7, 14, & 21 plus possibly Tuesday October 30 for an hour if needed. They have agreed to do this.

Lunch will be provided for them at no charge at church. Each student should bring a change of clothes to practice in and anything else they may need. We will remain at church until the end of the evening service.

If this causes any issues with you or your family please let me know ASAP.

In Christ,

Chris
